The purpose of "Where is it?" is to encourage members to take photos locally where other members may be able to identify the location and to encourage members to get out and take photos of local locations.
If you have a photo, here are the requirements (notice change made November 2021).
  1. Photo should have been taken in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.
  2. Can be easily seen from the road/street.
  3. Photo should illustrate an unusual location or subject matter to encourage others to “see” unique photo opportunities wherever they may be.
  4. The location must be in the photo's file name.

October 2014 Meeting.  Answer:  Laurel Hill Baptist Church in Verona.  They are five of the ten children of Thomas and Anna Moses (aka Grandma Moses, the artist).

(08/27/2014) Answer = The photo location is 26 W. Bruce St., Harrisonburg. The Thomas Harrison House is a historic limestone home built in 1750.
